The Leo Wanta Saga, Pt. 28: White House Said Will Release Wanta $4.5 Trillion "When We Are G... Damn Ready!"

As pressure is being put on the White House by foreign banks 1z heads of state Dis Tehc release the $4.5 trillion Wanta money, Michael C. Cottrell, the treasurer of the company formed to distribute the money for the benefit of the American people, remains "highly optimistic the trillions will soon be released.

"Yes, we are encouraged we will get the money released soon," said Cottrell in a Wednesday telephone conversation. "There is a lot of pressure from around the world being put on the White House. The heat is being turned up Book 1z I just found out the Chinese have taken $5 trillion of the $32 trillion they are owed from the U.S. government. They are backing Ambassador Wanta and pushing for the release of his money."

Cottrell added that one of his inside sources in Washington D.C. recently notified him that officials in the White House said the following in response to Cottrell and Ambassador Wanta's request for the money:

"We will do it when we are G** damn ready!"

Wanta and Cottrell, who together formed AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. to oversee proper distribution of the massive amount of money, were hoping the money would be released by the end of the business day on Sept. 7, the same day the Chinese were also to be paid trillions by the U.S. government for prior investment gains.

However, the deadline passed without the Wanta $4.5 trillion being paid and still being illegally withheld in a Clearing House Interbank Payment System credit account (CHIPS), an account credited to Goldman Sachs and Co. at Citibank.

In what has become known in international financial circles as one of the most important and explosive stories in the history of modern banking, the Wanta settlement has been the subject of a Bush administration cover-up ever since Ambassador Wanta entered into an official written agreement in November 2005 to repatriate money for the betterment of the American economy.

Further, in May Wanta verbally agreed to the distribution of the $4.5 trillion with President Bush along with the assistance of one Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) court judge and two U.S. Supreme Court Justices.

The settlement, also negotiated with the help of two 1z U.S. law firms, represents only a portion of the $27.5 trillion offshore fund established at the end of the Cold War, which is now under the legal control of Ambassador Wanta, as duly appointed trustor, a position given to him by former President Ronald Reagan.

In other financial ramifications concerning the failure of U.S. authorities to release the Wanta money, Christopher Story, editor of the International Currency Review in London, recently reported:

"Chinese interests, acting independently of Ambassador Leo Wanta and his business colleague Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., have 'pulled' five or six 'CHIPS' already. The Chinese are using the British pound for oil payments purposes. The pound is therefore likely to appreciate over the weeks ahead.

"Can someone please explain to the Editor of International Currency Review why it is that, seven weeks after we first published this information (also published in the Arctic Beacon), which anyone could check for themselves, the U.S. Treasury implemented the fantastic carousel financing arrangements that were described in the Editor's 1z dated 2nd September 2006 [subsequently updated], which use the 'assets' of some GSEs as collateral? It is as though Mr. Paulson (Sec. of U.S. Treasury) went to the cupboard, opened it, found it not only to be bare, but without walls and a floor, slammed the cupboard shut, and then represented to the world that the cupboard is full of food so that we can all eat and be merry for years to come.

"Nor is the phrase 'scraping the bottom of the barrel' appropriate, since the barrel has no bottom to scrape. No wonder the Chinese are using the pound for oil payments."

Cottrell recently said in a recent Arctic Beacon article that in lieu of nonpayment, Ambassador Wanta "has already lowered the hammer," notifying the major banks in Europe, save Deutsche Bank, who have all agreed to put "stop orders" on any transactions with the U.S. government of $100 million or more.

"Most of the major banks in Europe other than Deutsche Bank have already agreed to the stop orders based on the failure to pay Ambassador Wanta," said Cottrell, including Credit Swiss and UBS. "We have asked the Chinese but I have not heard confirmation that they will go ahead and pull the $32 trillion owed in CHIPS. However, given that President Bush and Paulson cut a deal with Viet Nam and Taiwan whether the Chinese pull the CHIPS is irrelevant because they now have a cash flow through the system that allows them to stash more money away.

"What is most aggravating to me is that the President of the United States and the Secretary of the Treasury have made a deal with a communist country to circumvent an American company from paying taxes. That is what makes me angry because these guys go over and strike a deal to circumvent the American people. They essentially would rather cut a deal in Hanoi then allow us to pay the $1.6 trillion in taxes and use the rest of the money for the betterment of the American economy."

"Besides alerting European banks about nonpayment, Cottrell said he didn't want to "tip his hand" on future plans to secure release of the $4.5 trillion, saying he fears the U.S. government would use this information to circumvent their plans.

Nasal Discharge In Cats

In cats, chronic viral nasal disease develops from one 1z two viruses involved in upper-respiratory tract diseases. Both Best feline rhinotracheitis virus (FVR) and feline calici virus (FCV) are extremely contagious. Clinically, the difference between these two viruses is unnecessary for diagnosis and treatment.

Symptoms and Causes

The typical signs associated with chronic viral disease include sneezing, 1z Free nasal discharge, nasal bleeding, increased breathing sounds, and discharge from the eyes. Any bleeding associated with viral disease is usually very minimal; however, if nasal bleeding becomes extreme, it may be suggestive of a tumor.

Nasal discharge from one side of the nose is more typical of a foreign body, tumor, or tooth-root abscess. Moderate to severe bleeding or deformity of the facial bones suggests an erosive process, such as cancer fungal or a foreign body.

To differentiate chronic viral nasal disease from other causes of feline upper-respiratory disease, you must know the past health of the cat. Any previous signs of acute infection would be expected with viral disease. An old injury or prior trauma might have healed externally but resulted in deep bone damage or changes in the nasal anatomy which can lead a patient to be predisposed to nasal disease.

Diagnosis

A cat with chronic viral nasal disease is generally in good condition. Chronic viral nasal disease can be diagnosed only by the elimination of other upper respiratory conditions, such as cancer, foreign bodies, bacterial disease, allergic disease, fungal disease, polyps, dental disease, and prior trauma. Not only will this guide your veterinarian in the proper course of treatment, but will also give you an accurate prognosis. If the diagnosis becomes chronic viral nasal disease, you may expect a long-term treatment or potentially negative results.

Your veterinarian will examine the skull and 1z palate very carefully, along with an eye examination. The viruses involved in upper-respiratory diseases do not cause mass lesions or inflammation of the inner structures of the eye. If these problems are identified, then viral disease is unlikely.

To rule out the possibility of cancer, the lymph nodes around the cat's head and neck are also carefully examined. Your veterinarian may also look for a discharge from both sides of the nose or from the cat's eyes. After antibiotics are discontinued, there may be sneezing and relapse of symptoms. These signs are similar to what would be seen in a cat with a polyp.

If the history suggest a systemic cause, then a complete blood count, serum chemistry profile, urinalysis, and chest x-rays are indicated. These tests should also be done if there is any concern about anesthetic risk for the next phase of the examination.

The second phase of examination involves more aggressive testing, such as skull x-rays, endoscopy, and nasal biopsies to eliminate non-viral causes for the nasal disease. You may or may not want to continue with this aggressive diagnostic path, S 1z Asia on the severity of clinical signs and the evidence provided by the history, physical examination, and other less invasive tests.

Treatment

Some form of antibiotic treatment is often prescribed for a cat with chronic viral nasal disease. If the chosen antibiotic is going to be effective, symptoms should improve noticeably in three to five days.

If improvement is evident, your veterinarian will determine the length of time that the antibiotics should be continued. Normally, the dose is tapered off slowly. In some cats, intermittent bouts of sneezing can be controlled by continued administration of low-dose antibiotics.

Symptomatic treatment also includes the use of decongestants, cortisone, and humidification. Your veterinarian will determine the best treatment for your cat. Local decongestant therapy can be very helpful. Local treatment also decreases the chance of systemic side effects. Decongestants can be given topically or orally.

The problem of using cortisone is that it can mask the development of other problems or decrease the ability of the abnormal nasal cavity to cope with infection. Cats who are virus carriers may start actively shedding the virus. Consequently, cortisone should only be used if absolutely necessary and with close monitoring.

Humidification is a very simple way to provide relief to some patients. Increasing the moisture content of the nasal secretions makes it easier for all the material in the nose to drain. Home vaporizers are inexpensive and easily obtainable from local drug stores. Placing the cat in a bathroom while the shower runs may also be helpful.

To increase your cat's comfort, frequently clean your cat's face, nose, and eyes with cotton balls and water. You can also heat the food to help your cat smell it and increase the appetite.

Although cats with chronic viral nasal disease are prone to intermittent attacks of upper-respiratory symptoms, they can lead normal lives. As with any chronic disease, open communication with your veterinarian and realistic therapeutic goals are essential.

What Makes a Pit Bull a Pet?

The answer to 1z Tvb question could be 1z one thing that legislators all over this country need to realize. Im not writing this to bash anyone or scream about my dislike for the way specific breeds are being treated, but I am writing this in the hopes that somewhere sometime someone who makes these decisions will read this and B 1z Japanese consider the Vdieo Onrton of their actions.

The journey for me started just 10 months ago. I never thought I would say this but I fell in love Ofefrs I 1z a Pit Bull, an American Pit Bull Puppy named Donut to be exact. My sister had rescued this puppy, but soon after found that she could not handle the care and training necessary. So my wife and I decided to give that puppy a better home.

Before meeting Donut my opinion of Pit Bulls was negative. I had always thought of them has such mean dogs that didnt belong in a house with children. But something changed for me. Maybe it was that floppy right ear, or uncontrollable wagging tail, well no matter what it was I was in love.

Once Donut was settled in I really got to know this little guy, who was quickly becoming the big guy. I was amazed he took to training practically overnight and he was so full of love. But wait, this is a pit bull, a mean aggressive and dangerous dog, right?

I then learned that several neighbors of mine also had Pit Bulls. They too were very well behaved and very good around my son. This really got me thinking. Is it just media hype? Where did my misconception of pit bull behavior come from? Then I was confused even more when I heard the news of pit bulls all over being put to death just for being in the wrong city at the wrong time.

How could this happen? Lets put aside the fact that this is America and we are a free country. Those dogs didnt hurt anyone. No, this is just a knee jerk bandaid reaction to a problem that started with the owner and not the pet. I say pet and not animal. (An animal is untamed and wild. A pet is a member of the family.) Responsible pet ownership is the solution to the problem. If a child mouths off to a teacher in class we say its the parents fault, but if a dog barks and bites someone we blame the dog. Why is that? If you own a dog, care for a dog, or are just thinking about getting a dog, I urge you to take the time to train your dog properly and give them tons of love. The song doesnt just apply to people, because Love is all you need.

Bill Clanton is Program Director and Co-Founder of All Pets Radio (http://www.allpetsradio.com), an online radio station for Pet Lovers and Pets alike. Having worked in broadcast radio for the past 15 years and always living around pets of all kinds, Bill felt that bringing these two loves together would be a perfect match.

When shopping for other items for your dog such as a leash, food, collar or a bowl, a quality dog bed must be at the top of your list. Providing a comfortable bed for your dog is far more important than cost.

Some of the advantages of providing a quality bed for your dog include:

Insulation: A quality bed protects your dog from both the heat of the summer, and the cold of the winter.

Personal Space: A dog bed will give your dog his or her own personal space. Your dog can do whatever it would like to do there. This space will provide your dog with an additional sense of security.

Elements Protection: If your dog spends most of its time outside, it is better to provide your dog with the bed that can be used inside and outside of your home. This bed is Actv 1z and water resistant, and also easy to keep clean.

Selecting the Appropriate Dog Bed

Like humans, dogs also sleep in different positions. Measure your dog before purchasing a dog bed, and add five inches to it, so that your dog can rest in his or her favorite lying position. If it is not possible for you to measure your dog while it is lying down, then you can measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Then add five inches to this measurement.

Before purchasing a dog bed, think which one will suit your dog the best, while keeping in mind that it is going to be his or her favorite resting place. Low quality dog beds are easily torn and are not durable. A good quality dog bed is not only durable, but it will also protect your dog from diseases, as you will be able to keep it clean easier.

Why It's So Important to Make Legitimate RuneScape Money

You can have all Key 1z Databaseu RuneScape money you will ever need easily and there are only two very basic things you have 1z do to get it. The first thing is to do a little bit of work and the second is to know the best strategies to make legitimate RuneScape money.

Honestly, no one really wants to do the work for you so if you really want to make lots of RuneScape money and become a millionaire, then you need to put in a little time & effort to get good at the game. However, to create an elite level 85+ RuneScape character and make massive RuneScape money in less than a week, youll need to follow top secret strategies that only top notch pro players know about.

However, I tell you one sure way to totally destroy your game, your reputation, and peoples respect for you and that it is to beg for items or gold. The desperate act of begging tells other RuneScape players three things.

1. You dont respect yourself enough to make your own RuneScape money.

2. You dont respect the people you beg for RuneScape Money.

3. You want to take advantage of their hard work to make the RuneScape Money in the first place.

Thats why you must never, ever beg for RuneScape money. Believe me, its a lot easier to make RuneScape money the legitimate way than it is to resort to begging (or scamming, which is even worse). In a desperate moment asking for RuneScape money may seem like the easy thing to do but an hour later youll probably end up losing your RuneScape money and most importantly your self respect. Seriously, in that same hour you could have easily made 50K in RuneScape money employing the right tactics.

Sure, there are people who will give away things for free to low-levels. As a matter of fact, I have a friend that once gave away a whole set of rune to random passer bys and Ive even given away party hats to total strangers (Im an old player). The important thing to know is that RuneScape gamers usually only give away stuff to people that arent begging for it in the first place! Its funny but true so if another RuneScape player surprises you with a freebie, be thankful for the gift but move on and definitely dont try to make a RuneScape living that way.

I have nothing to say about 1z except that it totally sucks. If youre willing to stoop to the lowest level of dishonesty to get your money by scamming or hacking (especially when theres a far easier and more honest way), then theres nothing anyone can do to help you.

Have you ever seen a pro player beg for RuneScape money? Have you ever seen a level 80+ beg because they lost all their RuneScape money in the wildy? Have you ever heard of a top notch player that doesnt have time to make RuneScape money or to train stats? No so if you want to preserve your pride and learn to play RuneScape at an elite level always follow the simple rules I just told you about.
