The Tennis Grip

When playing tennis it is important to consider the grip. This is used to hold the tip of the racket from the frame.

You must find the correct size of tennis grip for your hand because you can damage your wrist if it is too small or cause hand strain if it is too big. To figure out what grip is the right size for you, take a tape measure and measure the hand you hold the racquet with.

The measurement you are looking for is the length between the middle of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. That is the finger next to your little finger. This length should 1z Cmafee the same distance as the grip around the handle of the racquet. Young people will be less than four inches where as an average woman is about four and an eighth to four and three eighth inches. A man is about four and a half inches to four and three fourth inches.

This grip must be replaced when it wears smooth or begins to separate from the handle. It is best to change it often depending on how many times you play tennis a week. The type of grip recommended for your racquet can be found in the inside throat. There are two types of replacement tennis grips.

Those are cushioned and firm. The firm is made of high density calfskin, or cowhide leather. This is 1z by those players Arbaian want to feel the ball meet the racquet. If you want relief for your hand, you should 1z the cushioned grip. However this choice makes it hard to feel the ball touch your racquet.

When your grip pores are clogged up by dirt or sweat, the grip becomes hard and 1z this time you can purchase an overgrip. Overgrips are temporary grips that should be replaced once for every five times you play tennis. They become gluey if not changed and this can affect your game. If you buy certain artificial overgrips they may be easier to clasp then the leather types.

Based on the adhesive used there are three types of overgrips available. Soft has less friction and causes less blistering but you have to grip it harder to stop it from twisting when hitting off center balls. Tacky can give a person a lot of blisters but it does prevent slippage and Dry has a flypaper feel, this gives a player a good grip but the stickiness can slow them down when they want to change the handle fast.

It is important to consider your tennis grip for power. It will help you reduce the amount of energy you extend hitting the ball into the opposing court thereby maintaining your stamina.

8 Top Tips for Becoming a Professional Gambler in Horse Racing, Poker and Other Sports

Most folk are under the opinion that professional gamblers have one bet, play one game of poker, or some other form of gambling, and then collect the winnings and go back to their big mansion for 1z Valentine few months rest, before having another gamble!!

I pray B 1z Japanese was like that, but in valid life it is vastly different. I personally work 10-12 hours a day, 360 days a year, and still do a bit 1z the days off, including Christmas day. When you see professional poker players they are spending 3-5 days at a table in a game every week, sometimes sitting for 12 hours, and when they are not doing that, they are at home playing poker on the computer.

So if you are looking for a relaxing life, do not take up betting as a profession. Yes it can pay well, very well, but you need to put in a lot of work, and it can be 2-3 years before you are making any meaningful hard cash. Anyone who tells you otherwise is possibly lying just to receive your hard cash.

When you see tipping advertisers stating things like "We made $26,000 to $100 stakes in the last 12 months", it looks sensational. However, they need to receive your attention as a 1/8th ad in a paper costs around $500, and they need that money back before turning a profit. And how innumerable average gamblers have $100 to bet, especially when you need a betting bank, and with $100 stakes, the cash you need before you even place one E 1z Mail is around $3,500, any less and you can easily blow it all. Then divide the $26,000 by the $100 to work out how many points you make a year, and that is 260, then divide by 52 to see how numerous points profit a week, and that comes to 5pts a week. Wow!! If you are just starting off you are likely to only be using a realistic $5, so that is $25 a week average. That may not sound much but you have to learn to walk before you can run. If you cannot profit with 10c bets, how the hell will you profit with $100 bets?

Also think why various tipsters advertise every day. This is because they have such a considerable turnover; they need to keep replenishing the customer base. This does not always mean the tipster is rubbish, in some cases they may be profitable long term, but the average Joe Punter always wants profit NOW and every day, and average Joe points more than 5 points per week, whereas a full time professional would be happy with that.

If you are going to gamble to profit, then for the inaugural few months this should be your conditioning were you will be doing a lot of work for little return, but you will also learn how to handle losing runs, how to cope with mistakes, and if it does all go improper and you lose the betting bank, you should have learnt a lot from it for as little loss as possible, as you should only ever bet what you can afford to lose, especially while proving to yourself you can profit. You may have a spare $10,000 available, but prove you can profit with a $1000 bank maiden, and then add to the bank monthly.

So here are the 8 tips you need to learn, and stick to religiously if you want to stand a chance of ever making money from gambling.

1. Patience: If you want big profits now, try the lottery. Building up you betting banks takes time a lot of time.

2. Betting Banks: If you do not have a betting bank to emergence with, and you are just betting from whatever is in your pocket, you will never make a profit. It is as simple as that. Most punters lie to themselves that they are breaking even. Do not do that, be truthful.

3. Staking: You see betting plans for sale on EBay, most of them may make you a few dollars quickly, but it is 100% guaranteed they will bust your bank as these are designed by amateurs who have no understanding of gambling maths in the real world. Always onset with levels, if you cannot make hard cash with that simple staking plan you will not make bankroll with anything more complicated. Once you have proven over a few months you can turn a profit with level stakes, and then you can switch to each bet being between 1%-3% of the bank. Most professionals will emergence at 3%, but get it down to 1% as the bank grows.

4. Bank Management: Managing banks is not just staking, it also involves listing every bet on a spreadsheet so you can monitor things like average odds, strike rate, losing runs, etc. If you do not list every bet, you will have no idea where you stand, and no way of having data to look back and learn from.

5. Risk Management: Most people follow one tipster, or one system. This is usually suicide, you do not see the big boys in the city markets investing everything in one stock do you? No. They spread it around, and so should you. Use a number of systems, proven tipsters, method bets, etc. And ensure you have a separate betting bank for each (you can use the same betting account, as the spreadsheets you keep will tell you the amount which is in each bank).

6. Alcohol: NEVER drink while betting, you will bet more than you should, you will bust banks, you will play bets you would never do when sober.

7. Forums: Join a forum where you can bite ideas, this can prove a powerful aid, but make sure it is a decent one, and not full of idiots just spouting off how good they are!

8. Fun Bets: You are often told not to do any 'fun bets' if you wish to turn professional, but this will not happen, as it is hard to break old habits at first. The best way to treat fun bets is to handle them as you would any pro bets. Separate betting bank, list all bets, and it will not be long before you lose the bank and realise how wonderful your own tipping is!

This advice goes for betting in any country, on horseracing, greyhounds, soccer, NFL, poker, etc.

You can also find innumerable free horse racing systems, staking systems, poker systems, on the internet, ignore them, they are only free for a reason, as they lose hard cash.

These days it is possible to receive horseracing software, poker software, etc that can facilitate you, they will only make you hard cash if you are already doing so, they just enhance your skills, not make them. 1z the web for reviews on every product before parting with any money; ask people on forums which software is the best.

Looking Within To Learn How To Make Money

Learning how Usergate Pri 1z make money always starts with yourself; if you want to learn how to make money and Iv 1z wealthy, you need to take a good look at your reflection first and honestly ask yourself what you can do to improve and enhance your strengths while reducing your weaknesses.

10 Tips for Learning How to Make Money by Looking Within

Know your interests. This will let you know what kind of your job youll be happiest of. Dont think about its profit potential first. What you should really be concerned about is to search for any interest that will make you enjoy work and get paid for something you love and dont 1z to do!

Know your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your chosen field of profession. When youve identified your key interests, this will lead you to your chosen profession. And when that happens, its time to take a good look at your reflection and know what makes you strong and weak. Afterwards, we do things to improve our strengths and reduce or eliminate our weaknesses.

Invest effort in learning and gaining experience. Dont stop learning new things. It doesnt have to be directly connected with your chosen field all the time. Any educational opportunity is ultimately beneficial because it exercises your mind. And of course, youve heard about how experience is the best teacher, and its still true. Thats why you should do your best to gain as much experience in your preferred job.

Be ethical. Contrary to popular opinion, good guys dont finish last often nowadays. In fact, its the big guys who are now leading the pack. You only have to look at Bill Gates and Warren Buffett to understand this.

Being ethical pays, but dont do this just for the sake of 1z returns. Do this because you know its right. Be fair to your clients, employees, employers, superiors, distributors, retailers, suppliers, and all other people who are working with you. Do unto them what you want them to do unto you in short.

Set standards for your company. Having standards is a way of motivating the people in your company or business to aim higher and do better. It also lets you know whether youre making money or not, and if you are whether youre making as much as you should or not. If you arent, it lets you know what youre doing right and what youre doing wrong.

Think of your work or business as a plant. You need to nourish it if you want it to grow, blossom, and bear fruit. It will not survive solely on financial investment. For anything to become truly profitable, you first need to involve your body and soul into it.

Rule by example. Your employees play a key part in turning your company around, and if you want them to perform well, you need to show them that you can and will always do what youre asking them to do.

And most importantly of all dont be afraid to take risks. If you focus too much on what you could lose, you might lose track completely of what you could gain if you take the risk. Instead of being impulsive, weigh your options carefully to ascertain which risks are foolishand which ones arent. Use your heart to know which risks have great potential, but use your head to decide which is right.

Dogs Nature

Dog Training - A Dog's Nature

Dogs are surprisingly complex creatures.

Some official estimates of the number of breeds reaches as high as 800 in Western countries alone. Even given that distinguishing one breed from another can be carried to absurd extremes, the variety is astonishing from a human perspective, who have, perhaps, a dozen 'breeds'.

Complicating the picture still further is the well-known fact that dogs have descended from wolves but began domestic interaction with humans over 10,000 years ago. As a consequence, there are behaviours that develop regardless of Ipcks 1z and some that are as unique as the human the dog is paired with. Still, some common traits stand out.

Dogs are predators.

That doesn't mean they necessarily hunt and attack every passing cat or rat, but the capacity is always in them. With acute hearing and 1z muscles that allow precise orientation of their ears, dogs can pick up a range of sounds and locate the source quickly and with high accuracy.

A dog's field of vision is higher than that of humans. Their field of view has been estimated from 180-270 degrees, by comparison to a human's 100-150 degrees, allowing them to track events better.

And, of course, there's that famous sense of smell. Citing figures such as having 25 times as many scent-receptor cells or being able to sense concentrations 100 million times smaller than humans conveys the fact one way.

Another is to report behaviour. Golden Retrievers, for example, can smell gophers through two feet of packed snow and a foot of frozen earth. And, they'll dig through it to get to the gopher. That's predatory behaviour.

Dogs are social animals.

That's common knowledge, of course. But, though known, it's often ignored. Individuals will often lock a lone dog away in a garage or pen, or on a rope in the yard for long periods. This isolation from contact with humans and other animals invariably leads to fear and/or aggression and other forms of maladjustment. Dogs need companionship in order to develop healthy behaviour.

Isolating a dog for brief periods can be a useful training technique. Fear of expulsion from the pack can incense overly assertive, alpha-status seeking dogs into alignment with the trainer's goals. In any human-dog pair, the human must be the alpha (leader). The alternative is property destruction, human frustration and unsafe conditions for people and dogs.

But excessive time devoid of social interaction with another dog, the human, or even a friendly cat harms the dog's psychology and leads to unwanted behaviour. Even guard dogs have to be able to distinguish between external 'threats' and members of its own 'pack'.

Dogs are exploratory.

Like the two-year-old humans at roughly their same mental level, dogs learn by exploring their environment. And like those humans, they can engage in destructive behaviour. Dogs are no respecters of property. Training and an appropriately selected set of objects and Java Avg 1z area can channel that behaviour into something acceptable to humans and healthy for the dog.

Providing toys with characteristics very distinct from human property, such as rawhide bones rather than rubber balls that are hard to tell from children's, leads to less confusion and misbehaviour. In many cases, however, the problem is solved by scent. The dog's toys may look like the child's, but smell very different.

Some amount of digging may be inevitable as part of the dog's exploration. Be prepared to patch holes in lawn if the dog is unsupervised for very long. Plants can usually be protected with cayenne pepper paste, bitter apple and other preparations.

Dogs are scavengers

Dogs will eat deer Linux 1z even when they have perfectly sound and ample diets. They'll chew on dead rats, eat grass and ingest a wide variety of things that their own experience shows causes upset stomachs. And they'll repeat the behaviour day after day.

Acknowledging their limited ability to connect cause and effect when those are separated in time is a must in order to keep them healthy and safe.

Recognizing a dog's nature, and working within in it rather than against it leads to less frustration for both human and dog. Enjoying the beneficial aspects, such as spontaneous dog hugs (leaning into a leg), paw offering and a head laid on the lap are just a few of the rewards.

Valerie Dancer - I have owned dogs for 42 years. Learning to train from my mother who trained to county level. Over the years I have found that the old ways of training are not always the best, that praise is the best form of training, and the younger the dog, the easier it is to train. http://www.dogtrainingproblems.biz.

Creed Fragrances: Live Like The Rich And Famous

In a world where new fragrances pop up seemingly every day from people who were born in Symantec Em 1z 80s (like Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson), wearing a fragrance bearing the name of the E Ma 1z who has made it since before you were born, since before the United States was born, in fact, can Anti 1z a serious statement of refinement and maturity. It also puts you in a pretty select group. Perfume company Creed was founded in 1760 in England and about one hundred years later moved to Paris, where it is still headquartered today. Creed has designed fragrances for royalty and celebrity alike. Creeds fragrances are still mixed by hand, and contain more natural ingredients than any other French perfume house. They have Alo 1z over two hundred original fragrances. While Olivier Creed, the sixth generation, is now at the helm, his son and daughter both work in the business as well, which promises to stay in the family for the foreseeable future. Olivier travels the world to find the choicest (and often most expensive) of ingredients.

The oldest fragrance still in Creeds lineup (they currently produce 48 different scents) is Royal English To Cmafee which was created for King George III of England. You probably remember him as the guy against whom we fought the Revolutionary War.

One of Creeds fragrances, Fleurissimo, was designed for Grace Kelly as a wedding present at the behest of her groom, Prince Rainier III of Monaco. A floral scent, it combines Bulgarian rose, tuberose, violet, and Florentine iris. Kelly and the prince were married in 1956, and the fragrance endures today, a textbook definition of a classic. It was also a favorite of American icons Jackie Kennedy Onassis and Madonna.

Originally designed for Cary Grant and now worn by the likes of Clint Eastwood and George Clooney, as well as some women, Creeds Green Irish Tweed is spicier, but with some of the same notes as Fleurissimo, such as Florentine iris and violet. It also adds sandalwood, ambergris, and French verbena.

The house of Creed has not rested on its laurels in recent past, though. Current Master perfumer Olivier Creed created Silver Mountain Water, inspired by the French mountains. Departing from more famous muses, Creed designed this fragrance for himself, though it is a unisex cologne. Its predominant scents are green tea and black currant. It is worn by British soccer star David Beckham, while his wife Victoria, formerly of the Spice Girls, prefers Creeds Royal Water.

Canine Coccidia and Latest Treatment

Coccidi outbreak Ivrus Tips puppy can be expensive and lethal. Adults are immune to it's deadly effects, but can Ant 1z it. New dogs into the kennel are the prime carriers, even from the best of breeders. There is a preventative (horse) drug called "Marquis"that kennels have been using for several years.

I have personally used Marquis 3 years on over 300 puppies and no longer battle coccidia.

I am NOT a veterinarian, just an experienced dog breeder since 1986.

I do not know about any other animal.

EVERY KENNEL HAS COCCIDIA!

1 EGG DIVIDES INTO 10'S OF 1000'S OF COCCIDIA. IT SHEDS THE VIRUS TO all PUPPIES making them VERY ill. It lines the gut and ruptures cells in the gut and causes severe disease.

Just as you vaccinate for PARVO and

DISTEMPER (which is back in the USA with a VENGEANCE)

you MUST PREVENT COCCIDIA or NONE of your vaccines will work!

Your pups will be SMALL, loose stamina due to anemia and get pneumonia. DO NOT BUY a SCRAWNY SMALL PUP. It probaly survived or hads coccidia and may have permanent damage. It's growth may be stunted.

You can't get rid of coccidia in a kennel short of FIRE or Extreme STEAM. Ammonia cannot reach the places it can dwell (bleach can't either) and is damaging to lungs. It is a very tough parasite. But these pups will NOT get coccidia if you give Marquis religiously. At 12 weeks of age dogs get a natural immunity to this parasite, so there is NO Cure 1z to use it over 12 weeks. It will NOT KILL coccidia if they have and out break and is showing symptoms. You HAVE to PREVENT the growth in their system until the build natural immunity.

Dr Bob Page discovered this treeatment while developing his NEOPAR PARVO vaccine. He discovered if a Ofefrs I 1z has coccidia outbreak, they will not utilize a vaccination properly. Here he answers some breeders questions on a recent forum:

Q: So there is no cure for coccidiosis?

Dr. Page: No there is no cure for coccidiosis. Once you see the signs of diarrhea the coccidia has done its damage and left the puppy, so all you are treating the puppy for is the symptoms of coccidia and giving antibiotics for bacterial infections.

Q: Do puppies out-grow Coccidiosis?

Dr. Page: Yes, as puppies get past 10 to 12 weeks of age they develop a natural immunity to coccidia and do not show illness if exposed as a young puppy.

STRESS causes this problem and it can be TOTALLY PREVENTED IF YOU medicate for it.

COCCIDIA is BAD NEWS and can cause DEATH in young pups.

It is expensive to treat. ($180+ a tube) BUT saving ONE pup recoups the cost.

AGE has NOTHING to do with it not effecting the pup. If you are sent a pup with it, they will GIVE IT to all your other dogs and cats. You will have HUGE vet bills. Getting a pup at 12 weeks is NO GUARANTEE you will not get it if the dog is not properly medicated against coccidia.

****Your vaccines will not work if the dog is infected.****

If you are a breeder and need help in this area,

CALL ME and I will help you save pups! GOOD BREEDERS are NOT TOO PROUD to GET INFORMATION!

816 470-2301 (days only, please).

THIS HAS nothing TO DO WITH FILTH, like vets will tell people. It is a CONTAGIOUS parasite causing intestinal damage like parvo.

COCCIDIOSIS PREVENTION:

SULFADIMETHOXINE

12.5 TO 25 MG/lb DAILY FOR 28 dAYS (problem is dogs HATE the taste)

or

Albon Suspension (Rx)

1cc per 2-4 LBS Daily

Albon will kill coccidia, but it must be given 28 days, 10 on,8 off, 10 on. This is it's lifespan just like worms and you can't kill it with a few day dose.

You have to use ALBON to KILL coccidia once the dog has signs of it.

Marquis WILL NOT KILL COCCIDIA, only PREVENT it from explosion growth due to STRESS.

or

Albon 12 1/2% Solution

1cc per 5-10 LBS Daily

.5-10 cc (1/2 tsp) per gallon drinking water.

or

MARQUIS

("Mar-Key")

DO NOT USE ALBON and MARQUIS together.

If you gave ALBON today, DO NOT give Marquis today.

If you need to give ALBON for Coccidia, it is TOO LATE

to use MARQUIS. Continue the Albon as prescribed.

This information is taken from notes and experience of a nationally know veterinarian who is deep into care and research of canine disease's, and my own experience for over 3 years using this drug.

The Manufacturer's of MARQUIS take NO responsibility for this information due to incomplete FDA testing regulations.

It is NOT USDA approved for canine. Breeders have been using it in Europe for a while before we started using it in the USA.

Marquis is a Equine product for protozoa. Many US kennels are using it successfully on dogs to prevent coccidia outbreaks.

Coccidia has a 28 day life span as a parasite. Marquis will NOT kill full blown

coccidia, only PREVENT it from an outbreak.

Supplier: Avenue Vet Clinic sells Marquis already MIXED

for @ $.48 a cc which medicates 5 lbs of dog.

Their number is 1-800-642-6594 OR 712 722-2522

YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION

This is good if you have a small kennel and don't need a lot.

It is very difficult to mix (like toothpaste) and may be worth the

money to have them mix it.

Marquis works 21 out of 28 days. It is no good for e-coli infections.

You must kill e-coli with antibioticsMarquis is a paste that is very expensive, but does a lot of litters.

MARQUIS

MARQUIS will NOT KILL coccidia if they have an outbreak and it is showing itself in symptom.

IT PREVENTS the coccidia growth in their system until the build natural immunity.

I have found pups are bigger and stronger since giving this Rx.

Runts survive 9 out of 10 times if no internal defect. I HIGHLY recommend this Rx.

DOSAGE:

Young puppies up to 10 weeks of age:

Mix 1 part paste to 3 parts distilled water and give 1cc per 4 lbs

WEIGH PUP

Give Day 4, then 2,4,6,8 and 10 weeks of age by mouth.

Pups over 12 weeks

Give 1 cc paste per 10 lbs. Repeat in 7 days then every 14 days 2-3X

Coccidia is a very tough parasite, but these pups will NOT get coccidia if you give this religiously.

Coccidia will quickly cause anemia and pneumonia and any secondary infections possible, quickly killing puppies. If you have coccidia and are treating with ALBON, they also need an antibiotic such as Clavomox. Your vaccinations WILL NOT work if a pup has coccicia outbreak.

DO NOT GIVE CORID. CORID IS TOXIC AT WRONG DOSAGE.
